This return policy outlines the conditions under which Lentvario Mediena, UAB (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, “Company”) accepts returns and exchanges of products purchased through our online store https://lentvariomediena.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).
1. Return Conditions
We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Therefore, we apply the following return conditions:
Standard Products: Standard products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Custom Products: Products made to order (according to specifications) cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the order specifications.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Give us your order number, product name, reason for return, and, if possible, photos if the product is defective.
Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and provide further instructions on the return procedure.
Send Back the Product: You must send the returned product to the following address: Kęstučio St. 1M, Lentvaris, LT-25144 Trakai District. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered defective or does not meet the order specifications.
3. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Inform us by email or phone, providing your order number and the product you wish to exchange.
Return and New Order: You may need to return the original product according to the return process described above and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Refund
If the return meets our conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.
